On Friday, Northbrook Court employed a company called Momentum to bring "brand ambassadors" to the shopping center. Those ambassadors handed out prizes, like gift cards, entered shoppers in raffles for larger prizes and even filmed people. Their job is to energize shoppers, said Northbrook Court marketing manager Arnold Cohen. Shoppers did seem to be buying, drawn by sales. -
