Job Summary:
Oversees functional activities and staff to ensure effective integration of processes that anticipate and meet business needs. Provides strategic guidance to managers to ensure expected service levels are consistently met. Identifies and allocates resources necessary to accomplish client service and operations goals. Works collaboratively with staff throughout Premera to identify, design and implement process improvement strategies. Monitors and supports individual performance improvement and development of assigned staff.
Responsibilities:
1. Interviews, hires, and disciplines staff.
2. Coaches and mentors assigned staff, providing professional development opportunities through work assignments, special projects, further education and performance feedback.
3. Works proactively with mangers to ensure performance standards and policies are consistently applied throughout the organization.
4. Anticipates the impact of the changing business environment on assigned work areas and adjusts work assignments and processes as necessary.
5. Links Operations plans, projects and activities to support and accomplish Premeras strategic goals.
6. Identifies and allocates available resources to meet operational and client service goals.
7. Develops and manages improvement and change strategies that significantly impact the companys goals.
8. Recommends budget requirements for assigned market segments and projects using forecasting and planning tools. Manages within approved budgets. Identifies and, as necessary, implements long range strategies for managing and reducing operations costs where practical. Reviews and approves budget requests and exceptions arising from managers.
9. Reviews and recommends merit, promotion and equity pay increases.
10. Represents Premera with various business partners.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. In-depth knowledge of health insurance industry and the business of providing operations support to meet strategic goals.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Proficiency with personal computers as a work tool.
4. Analytical skills to draw sound operational and financial conclusions from diverse data.
5. Ability to function successfully in ambiguous conditions.
6. Skill in complex problem solving.
7. Outstanding interpersonal skills.
8. Proven experience as a leader.
9. Five years successful management experience in health insurance operations.
10. Five years experience in a high volume, automated operations environment.
11. Experience with quality and production management tools and systems.

The successful candidate will design and build graphical user interfaces for mobile devices and develop software to bring services such as messaging and the web to handsets.
Responsibilities:
* Design and implement software applications for the flexible Next Generation mobile platform.
* Support handset OEMs in the integration, test and evaluation of Next Generation mobile platform applications.
* Perform acceptance testing procedures.

Requirements:
* Solid ability to write modular object-oriented or well-structured procedural code.
* Minimum 3-4 years experience with Flash ActionScript 1.x or 2.x required. Experience with FlashLite highly preferred.
* Experience with C/C++, Java, J2ME a plus.
* Familiarity with the Android development SDK and platform a plus.
* Understanding of embedded software architecture for consumer electronics devices.
* Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) management. Familiarity with formal SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, RUP) a plus.
* Familiarity with build/release processes and software source code control systems a plus.
* Experience in mobile, gaming, social networking or software development industries preferred.
* Some familiarity with GSM/GPRS client/server architecture, supplementary services, SMS, MMS, and WAP, a plus.

Looking for a full-charge bookkeeper/accounting savvy associate to work for a commercial property management company.(several hotels and some other properties).
Each bookkeeper will all have their own portfolio of companies' they reconcile for. This person will be working directly with Operations Manager in doing the bookkeeping for some accounts but also will be handed special projects such as handling all the B&O Tax Returns on all properties, using cash flow calculations to review the budget compared to actual productivity and reworking where they need to be and some journal entries.
You must have experience with full-charged bookkeeping through financial statements (need to understand the balance sheet and income statements on what they say and interpret. This person will also be reviewing and working with some contracts, bank reconciliations, etc.

Area and Offices: I own and operate Ocean Shores and Hoquiam Therapy Services, in Grays Harbor County. These clinics have been rapidly growing so I am seeking 1-2 full time physical therapist to join me and my staff in treating the local communities. My staff consists of two PTs, two PTAs with four supporting staff, one of whom will be a PTA shortly. Be warned, you will not only be interviews by me but with my entire staff. We make group decisions and work as a team to the best of our abilities. I am able to offer you anything from pediatric to geriatric exposure, depending on what you desire.
