Position Description:
Conduct fitness consultations and submaximal assessments of ConvaTec gym member employees. Work with employees to develop individualized programs to ensure safety and achievement of short and long-term personal fitness goals. Instruct/direct employee’s fitness activities. Demonstrate effective usage of equipment. Schedule regular consultations with employees to evaluate and track their fitness progress. Maintain employee fitness records. Handle employee fitness questions and inquiries. Maintenance of gym equipment. The position is located at our offices in Skillman, NJ in the greater Princeton area.
